The Preamble of the US Constitution done in all 50 State's Licenses Plates. (Click for bigger picture.) I found this fun and interesting among the many amazing art pieces at the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery in Washington DC. This is only 1 of the probably 100 amazing things I enjoyed at this Museum. This place is not to be missed in DC.
